Friendly staff & good facilities. the front desk staff greeted us with a smile and check, in was quick & easy. the room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. the restaurant served very good food, and the waitress was friendly and helpful. Check, out was also a breeze.
The same elevator was out of service on multiple visits, which was inconvenient. Some issues with towels not being provided properly and the parking fees being expensive were disappointing.

The hotel was situated in an area where all amenities had run out, which wasn't ideal. Although we appreciated the airport shuttle, we found the surrounding area to be uninspiring. However, the pub close by called Ye Olde Six Bells was lovely. Our room was mediocre, with a filthy bathroom, stained cups, and a locked adjoining room. On a positive note, the reception staff were quite accommodating and the breakfast was decent.
Parking was not only pricey, as previously mentioned, but we were also not informed about it beforehand, ruining the experience for us.

The hotel provided very convenient facilities for airport terminals. The location was pleasant with fresh air and windows that could be opened for ventilation. The large TV screen was a bonus. The staff at the reception and especially in the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered great value for money. As a disabled guest, I found the atmosphere conducive to recovering from the stresses of traveling.
Felt very secure, no reason to complain.

The room was clean and quiet, perfect for a good night's rest. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get to the airport. I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for airport travel, with shuttle service and on-site parking available. Clean and comfortable rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent breakfast with various options including a fun pancake machine. Lovely garden area for relaxation.

I had a great experience staying here. The location was super convenient since it was close to the airport and had an airport shuttle that ran frequently. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the great service and amenities such as room service and laundry. it was a fantastic stay.
This place would be perfect for families as well.
